Using Strengths Finder 2.0 as the text, April will guide you through the initial steps of developing your strengths. Identifying your strengths (taking the online assessment) is the first step to having a clear understanding of your natural talents. However, you then must develop and maximize those skills in order to fully benefit from the strengths process. In the consulting sessions, you will unpack your top five strengths, participate in engaging activities of self reflection, and kick start your strengths development.
Strengths consultations are flexible and cater to individuals, couples, teams, student groups, organizations, or large groups. The sessions are also uniquely designed to meet your needs by specifically focusing on self-improvement, career discovery, marriage/family support, staff development, leadership training, or team-building.
